Orders are delivered every Friday (Westbound) & Saturday (Eastbound).

Orders must be placed by Wednesday in order to be delivered on the upcoming weekend. Orders placed Thursday-Saturday will be delivered on the following week.
I.e. Orders placed on and before Wednesday, April 20th will be delivered on Friday, April 22 or Saturday, April 23. Orders placed on Thursday, April 21 will be delivered on Friday, April 29 or Saturday, April 30.
You will receive a text from our courier with a tracking link and ETA when you are the next stop in our delivery route. You will not receive any other notifications. If needed, you will be able to contact the delivery driver through the tracking link provided.
Darvina Chocolates currently offers Ontario-wide shipping, but not all products can be shipped. Please check our product descriptions for confirmation on whether your product qualifies for pickup, delivery or shipping.
All orders are shipped out on Wednesdays. Orders must be placed by Monday in order to be delivered on the upcoming weekend. Orders placed Tuesday -Wednesday will be shipped out the following week.
I.e. Orders placed on and before Monday, April 18th will be shipped on Wednesday, April 20th. Orders placed on Tuesday, April 19th will be delivered on Wednesday, April 27th.
Please take a picture of your item and contact our support team here to open an investigation. Possible remedies may include replacement of the product or a refund.
Our products are shipped year-round, including over the summer. To prevent melting during shipping, all products are shipped via expedited or priority services. Our mailers are insulated and include ice packs to prevent melting.
We do not ship products during inclement weather, including extremely hot, rainy, and snowy days. Your shipment will be rescheduled to the earliest possible date to prevent damage, and you will be notified via email.
Pickups are available from our HQ/ production kitchen in Mississauga. This is not a storefront, which is why pickups are by appointment only. Each pickup window is 30 minutes long.
As we operate out of a shared kitchen, pickup appointment times are strict so that we do not disturb other businesses operating in the same space. Please arrive on time or notify us ASAP if you need to reschedule. Not doing so may result in forced rescheduling or order cancellations.

Pickups are available at the Pickering Town Centre in the Markets by Dream Day store by Entrance 5. Please approach the sales associate with your order information when you arrive to pick up. Orders must be collected within 7 days of being marked as ready.
